North Eastern (Limpopo) Falconers Club

The North Eastern Falconers Club (NEFC), founded in 2015. The club’s establishment followed the disbandment of the Limpopo Falconers Club (LFC) in 2012 and years of discussions and input from various falconry and nature conservation enthusiasts.

The NEFC held its first AGM on May 30, 2015, in the Balule Conservancy, south of Phalaborwa. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the club’s membership numbers, and some members have left the province to pursue their careers. However, the committee is committed to keeping falconry active. The club’s members are spread across the province, from Phalaborwa to Hoedspruit, Mokopane, Polokwane, Thabazimbi, and some primarily living in the UAE.

For more information on the NEFC and falconry in the Limpopo Province, contact the secretary.
